Kerry Bytheway
Director
Following her studies at Lincoln School of Architecture and the Built Environment in 1998, Kerry relocated to Cornwall and has been working in the field for over 20 years. Initially employed by several leading multi-disciplinary architectural practices in the South West, Kerry founded LIVING DESIGNS in 2013.
As a respected designer, Kerry is driven by her belief that “the quality of our surroundings affects the quality of our lives.” Indeed, it was this belief that brought Kerry to Cornwall in the first place. Committed to creating and developing conscious architecture, she is recognised for her extensive and current knowledge of building technology and her understanding of construction techniques.
Kerry feels hugely fortunate to be able to live and practice in Cornwall and pledges a responsibility to enhancing the architectural landscape of Cornwall.
Kim Schilling
Business Manager
Kim has worked all around the world in different business management roles and has a particular facility for coordinating the various contributors to any project. She moved to Cornwall and joined the practice in 2016.
Quickly identifying areas within the business for development, Kim implemented immediate action and has become a driving force within the team. She is responsible for both managing the day to day running of the LIVING DESIGNS as well as researching opportunities for development and expansion.
